FROM NORTH or WEST:
1. Parkway Directions to Senseabilities, a
New Jersey health Spa:
Take G.S. Parkway South to Exit 98. Go
through toll bear to left Route 34 South
toward Spring Lake & Manasquan. On Rt. 34S
go through light and circle. On Rt. 34S a
mile or so on right at green sign "Sea Girt
/ Manasquan", make right. At end of ramp
make right at stop sign onto Atlantic Avenue
- you are traveling East. At traffic circle
- approximately 3.5 miles - go North onto
Route 35 North ( ¾ way around circle). Go to
first light make right onto Sea Girt Avenue.
Proceed approx. 2.5 miles. Go through one
light. We are on corner of Second Light,
southeast corner of Sea Girt Avenue and
Route 71. Parking on Sea Girt Avenue and
Route 71 access. If parking lot is full, go
to the gravel parking lot south of
Senseabilities. We have permission to park
there as well.
2. Route 18S/138 E*/195 E** to
Senseabilities, a New Jersey health Spa:
Take Route 18 South until the very end.
Exit ramp **will take you onto *138 East
toward Belmar. At first light - Bank of New
York on right - make a right onto New
Bedford Road. Go through two lights -
approximately 3 miles. At stop sign after
second light make a right onto Route 35
South. Proceed through one light. At second
light, make a left onto Sea Girt Avenue.
Proceed approx 2.5 m. through one light. We
are on corner of Second Light, southeast
corner of Sea Girt Avenue and Route 71.
Parking on Sea Girt Avenue and Route 71
access. If parking lot is full, go to the
gravel parking lot south of Senseabilities.
We have permission to park there as well.

FROM SOUTH:
1. Parkway Directions to Senseabilities, a
New Jersey health Spa:
Take G.S. Parkway North to Exit 98. Bear
right immediately and exit onto ramp for Rt.
138 East/Belmar. Exit ramp will take you
onto 138 East toward Belmar. At second light
- Bank of New York on right - make a right
onto New Bedford Road. Go through two lights
- approximately 3 miles. At stop sign after
second light make a right onto Route 35
South. Proceed approx. 2.5 miles through one
light. At second light make a left onto Sea
Girt Avenue. Proceed 2 miles, go through one
light. We are on corner of Second Light,
southeast corner of Sea Girt Avenue and
Route 71. Parking on Sea Girt Avenue and
Route 71 access. If parking lot is full, go
to the gravel parking lot south of
Senseabilities. We have permission to park
there as well.
2. Route 70 East/ 35 North* to
Senseabilities, a New Jersey health Spa:
Take Route 70 East which actually starts
to go north to junction with Route 35 North.
Take 35 North* through one light and one
traffic circle staying on 35N until first
light after circle. Make a right onto Sea
Girt Avenue (shopping mall on right).
Proceed approx. 2.5 miles through one light.
We are on corner of Second Light, southeast
corner of Sea Girt Avenue and Route 71.
Parking on Sea Girt Avenue and Route 71
access. If parking lot is full, go to the
gravel parking lot south of Senseabilities..
We have permission to park there as well.
